As we move through the different challenges that life presents us with, for example with the current pandemic, we can learn to have a deeper contentment, no matter what the circumstances. We all want to be happy. But often the relentless pace and challenges of life make it impossible to know where to look for happiness.

Through the wisdom of meditation, however, we can find peace and contentment. The practice of Loving Kindness can help us be less hard on ourselves and reflecting deeply can help us sort out our priorities to see what is most important and what will bring us true contentment.

The weekend programme will include presentations, guided reflections and meditations.

Location

The retreat will be held in our clifftop shrine room, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering spectacular ocean views.

Catering

Delicious two course vegetarian lunches, with soup and bread in the evenings. Cooked with love at Dzogchen Beara, using homegrown and organic ingredients whenever possible. Tea and coffee.
